About the Artist

Huanyan is a multimedia artist who focuses on using art and storytelling to encourage critical thinking, community building, and healing.

With a strong life science, mental health, and artistic background, Huanyan constantly seeks to integrate various disciplines in her works - recreating memories through multiple mediums (e.g. portraits, paintings, fabrics, clay), while supporting education and social movements. She enjoys co-creating in community, marked by
