As the artist
I'm a multimedia (visual) artist who loves exploring stories and memories through art. I love exploring various mediums, but am most comfortable/experienced in digital illustrations, charcoal, acrylic, and ink.
As a Community Builder
As a "people-person", the community has been a big part of my work, both personally and as part of organizations such as the Sounds of the Diaspora. I love celebrating in community, with community, through incorporating arts and arts-based activities.
As an Educator
I am a tutor for English Language, English Literature (Secondary 1-4, JC), Geography (Secondary 1-4, JC), English as a Second Language (for Chinese students), Social Studies (Singapore, Secondary 1-4) and History (Singapore, Secondary 1-2). Beyond academics, I am also an arts educator, with extensive experience developing workshops and lesson plans in different art forms such as weaving, comics, and the intersection of art and public health.
